About Chris
Chris has a passion for energy efficiency and has worked as an Energy Manager for many years for several large UK retailers. His background of refrigeration and air-conditioning gives him a good practical knowledge of his subject and the interaction between the disciplines is a speciality of his.
In latter years he has been heavily involved with new technologies, helping to trial and test innovative new products and evaluate their effectiveness within the retail environment. This gives him a fairly unique knowledge of what’s out there, what works and what doesn’t!
Chris has developed G2G in collaboration with BECS after realising that all the sophisticated monitoring and targeting packages on the market are fine for Energy Managers but can mean little to the most important person in the business (as far as energy saving is concerned) the person who locks the building!
