Forty-Seven Energy Management Ltd is an Energy Management Consultancy incorporated in 2019 to serve the retail sector. The founder has over thirty years’ experience working within the sector, the last twelve years working as an Energy Manager for a blue-chip international food and clothing retailer. The award winning Energy Team worked at the cutting edge of retail Energy Management and was widely recognised as market leader within the field.
With his background in Refrigeration and HVAC the founder’s knowledge and experience of how building systems are controlled and managed gives him a comprehensive insight into building efficiency measures and what works and doesn’t work in a practical sense.

Building Energy Controls Solutions was incorporated in 2010 and the three directors have a long and vast experience in the building controls sector. They design and build bespoke controls solutions for many household name clients and have built a reputation for excellence. With their technical knowledge and expertise they are in constant demand and are in the happy situation where they can choose their clients. They decided early on to work within their own capability and have resisted the often fatal trap of expanding beyond a controllable size.
